Recently we helped a client who used its technology and intellectual property to assist its clients with the day-to-day needs in their business. When Quad Legal got involved the client had only very high level terms which didn’t properly address the issues relevant to the business or its clients.
We prepared an initial “software as a service” agreement as part of the client’s push to expand its offering and its client base.
