Jurisdiction

  1. Our Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
  2. If you access Our Site and you are based overseas, we do not represent that Our Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of the country in which you reside (if you reside outside Australia).

Varying these terms

Quad Legal may change these terms of use at any time without notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
