We recently assisted a client who was looking to establish their technology-based e-learning business focussing on training and education. They were looking for a services agreement that they could use when engaging with their various clients.
The Quad Legal team worked with them to:
- identify their key commercial issues
- prepare a draft agreement to reflect the way that they work with their clients
- structure their pro-forma agreement so that one document could be easily adapted for their various client engagements.
Our work with this client demonstrated our ability to use our skills and knowledge to prepare a document that was adapted to our client’s business, rather than just providing a “one type fits all” document that may be ill-suited to the client’s actual requirements.
